One of downtown Montreal’s iconic buildings, the 600 offers an unparalleled accessibility due to its position in the Quartier International and its proximity to Old Montreal. Major transformations on the horizon

The building was acquired in July 2019 by Kevric Real Estate Corporation who is planning a major repositioning for this downtown flagship tower. A strategic investment plan will be put in place to ensure that the 600 Tower meets the highest standards in commercial real estate. One of the central elements of this investment will be the transformation of the building’s façade, creating a new main lobby facing Square Victoria, as well as modernizing its overall architecture. Some floors have already been redesigned to provide a more stimulating and distinctive work environment appealing to any modern business looking to combine innovation, comfort and efficiency. In addition, the elevators have been upgraded in the recent years and a "Destination Dispatch" control system was installed.
